1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Resolvi ("Service"), operated by Resolvi App ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Resolvi is a warranty claim management application for Shopify merchants. The Service provides tools for collecting warranty claims, managing claim decisions, automating replacement order generation, and reporting on warranty data.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Shopify store to use the Service. By using Resolvi, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to access data belonging to other merchants, using the Service for illegal purposes, or interfering with the operation of the Service.
6. Shopify Integration
Resolvi accesses your Shopify store data through the official Shopify API. By installing Resolvi, you authorise us to read order data, create draft orders, and issue gift cards on your behalf as part of the warranty workflow. We only request the minimum API scopes required.
7. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly through the Shopify App Store. All billing is managed by Shopify's billing system. Refunds are subject to Shopify's refund policies.
8. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your data. Resolvi processes your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes outside of operating the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resolvi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify App Store. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
