Your warranty data is operational data. We treat it that way.
Data handling
Resolvi only stores the data required to process warranty claims. We sync order data from Shopify using scoped API tokens with the minimum permissions needed. Customer PII is not retained longer than necessary for the warranty lifecycle.
Shopify integration
Resolvi connects to your Shopify store through the official Shopify API. API tokens are scoped to the specific permissions required: reading orders, creating draft orders, and issuing gift cards. We do not request access to customer data beyond what is needed for warranty processing.
Infrastructure
Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using GCP managed encryption keys.
Access control
Resolvi uses role-based access control. Your staff sees only what they need to see. Our support team accesses your data only with your explicit, time-limited permission.
