Data Handling

Resolvi only stores the minimum data required to process warranty claims. We sync order data from Shopify via secure, scoped API tokens and do not retain customer PII longer than necessary for the warranty lifecycle.

Infrastructure

Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ensuring industry-leading physical and network security. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3.

Access Control

We implement strict role-based access control (RBAC). Your staff only sees what they need to see. Our support team only accesses your data with your explicit temporary permission.
