Resolvi App ("Company," "we," "us") operates Resolvi, a warranty claim management application for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

From Shopify merchants (you): Account information (name, email, store URL) provided during installation. We access order data, product data, and customer data through the Shopify API as required to process warranty claims.

From your customers: When a customer submits a warranty claim through the portal, we collect the information they provide: the product in question, fault description, fault category selection, and uploaded media (photos/video).

Automatically: Basic usage data such as pages visited and actions taken within the application, used to improve the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Process and manage warranty claims on your behalf
• Create draft orders and issue store credit in Shopify
• Generate fault analytics and reporting for your account
• Provide customer support
• Improve and maintain the Service

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in this policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain warranty claim data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. After account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. Customer PII submitted through the warranty portal is not retained longer than necessary for the claim lifecycle.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using managed encryption keys on Google Cloud Platform. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.

6. Third-Party Services

Resolvi integrates with Shopify through the official Shopify API. We may use third-party infrastructure providers (Google Cloud Platform) to host and operate the Service. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and security commitments.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your warranty claim data at any time through the application. To exercise these rights or request data deletion, contact us at the address below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
